Mr. Mohd Zulkiflee graduated from the Open University of Malaysia with a Diploma in Logistics Management.

He is a Certified HRDC trainer with over 20 years of experience in Customer Services, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Transportation, and Distribution Management. With a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience working with Multi-National Companies, Mr. Zulkiflee made the decision to become a full-time trainer in 2019.

He specializes in Warehouse and Inventory Management, as well as Forklift Safety (Behavior-Based Safety). His passion for sharing and educating others is evident in his dedication to providing high-quality training in these areas.
